How does QManager work during dismissal?
Parents open the QManager app as they enter your driveway. Staff see a virtual line-up of arriving parents on an iPad or browser and dismiss students from their classrooms in the correct order. Parents can also sign students in or out from their phone.
Does it work with our student information system?
Yes. QManager syncs with Veracross, and as a GG4L partner we sync with many other SIS platforms. If you use something else, we can import family data from Excel.
Does it handle carpools and buses too?
Yes. Carpool schedules, bus riders and walkers all live in the same dismissal view, so staff manage every pickup type from one screen.
How do we keep track of who picked up each student?
Every sign-in and sign-out is timestamped and tied to the adult who did it. Authorized pickup lists are available to staff on every device, and you can print reports with signatures.
